Processing Times
We process and ship your order within 2-4 business days (M-F). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note we may experience delays with your order due to high volume (holidays and sales) periods, and unforeseen weather conditions.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We use a variety of shipping methods including FEDEX, UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. We also offer express shipping options.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

PO boxes will be shipped via USPS only.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. To return an item, please contact info@elizabethgillett.com with your order number, item, and reason for return.
